HR Coordinator with a focus on Global Mobility

As an HR Coordinator, you will work broadly with HR processes, international relocations, and operational HR support. About the job as HR Coordinator:

As an HR Coordinator via Jefferson Wells, with our client in Gothenburg, you will work operationally within HR with a particular focus on Global Mobility. The role involves managing the entire process of international employee relocations and providing support to managers and internal HR functions. You will work independently but in close collaboration with specialized HR colleagues in areas such as labor law and compensation & benefits. The role suits you if you enjoy combining administrative HR tasks with advisory and coordination work.

Common tasks include:

• Administer HR programs, policies, and personnel-related documentation.
• Provide HR system support to managers and users.
• Coordinate and manage the entire Global Mobility process end-to-end.
• Ensure compliance with legal and labor law aspects.
• Support senior HR Business Partners in operational HR issues.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in HR work who wants to develop within Global Mobility. You have a good understanding of HR processes and thrive in a role where you work independently, structured, and with multiple points of contact. To succeed in this role, you need to be comfortable handling complex issues and able to explain policies and guidelines clearly.

We would like you to have:

• 2-5 years of experience in HR work.
• Experience in Global Mobility or international HR processes.
• Ability to work independently with general HR support.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to handle complex but not necessarily technically difficult HR issues.
